Indigenous Australian Research Training Scheme
The Indigenous Australian Research Training Scheme (IARTS) provides structured, paid research experiences for Indigenous Australian students, including research and summer research experiences, honours scholarships, and postgraduate scholarships.
Higher Degree Research pathways
We actively support Indigenous Australian HDR students, including participation in PhD to postdoctoral (P2P) initiatives and enhanced scaffolding into research degrees. These pathways are designed to support progression, cohort connection, and long‑term research careers.
Indigenous Australian research partnerships
We value and grow Indigenous Australian research partnerships that are ethical, reciprocal, and community‑led. These partnerships strengthen research impact and relevance, support Indigenous leadership in research, and contribute to culturally respectful science and innovation.
