Bachelor of Design
Be immersed in a hands-on creative environment from the first semester. Choose one of four first majors, and have flexibility to study a range of minors plus additional specialisation units or electives.
Bachelor of Creative Industries
Study creative practice, design and communication in one degree. Our Bachelor of Creative Industries allows you to choose a combination of study areas to suit your creative interests and aspirations. The interactive and visual design major is popular for students interested in studying design.
Bachelor of Design - International
Combine the Bachelor of Design with a year of studies at one of our international partner universities in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Hong Kong, the US and Canada. Travel overseas and be on pace with international design trends.

BMW Group + QUT Design Academy
Lead by QUT Design Lab, Chief Investigator Dr Rafael Gomez, the BMW Group + QUT Design Academy is a global partnership with a mission to strengthen and expand BMW Group and QUT’s partnership through three bespoke programs; Internships, Research and Special Projects.

2024 limited-time scholarship
For a limited time, the International Merit Scholarship has been extended to allow more students the opportunity to receive high-quality education. Qualifying is now simpler, and it’s open to everyone. You don’t need to apply separately to be considered. Submit your QUT course application to be assessed.
