Dr Shamsunnahar Yasmin
Dr. Shamsunnahar Yasmin is a road safety engineer at the Centre for Accident Research and Road Safety – Queensland (CARRS-Q), Australia. An experienced civil engineer with over ten years of research and project management experience, she has worked extensively on evidence-based and data-driven statistical analysis in transport engineering.
Professor Olivier Salvado
Professor Olivier Salvado is leading the development of the AI for Health Research Network, a collaborative initiative focused on accelerating the integration of artificial intelligence into real-world clinical practice. His work aims to drive innovation across healthcare systems and improve patient outcomes through the responsible application of AI technologies.
Associate Professor Sara Couperthwaite
Associate Professor Sara Couperthwaite is leading a project with QUT, Lava Blue and the Innovative Manufactuing CRC to produce high purity alumina (HPA) from kaolin clay, an abundant natural and unconventional resource.

Associate Professor David Holmes is a leader in electric and autonomous vehicle systems design, manufacture, implementation, testing and research. He’s currently collaborating with BMW as they implement Industry 5.0 practices in their manufacturing operations in Germany.
Associate Professor Paige Little
Associate Professor Paige Little applies her expertise in engineering and mathematical simulation to advance innovation in healthcare, with a focus on spinal biomechanics. Her current research explores the use of emerging technologies such as 3D printing to design and produce bespoke, patient-specific spine braces that enhance treatment outcomes.
