The QUTeX Leadership Coaching Practice brings together a team of skilled coaches and alumni who provide expertise on embedding coaching approaches in leadership. This in-depth knowledge equips individuals and organisations with the skills to succeed and thrive in today’s organisational climate.

It operates under the principle of a coaching mindset, which is essential to effective leadership approaches in complex organisations.

Coaching doesn’t replace leadership, rather it increases transparency in conversations, develops trust between leaders and team members, and provides an opportunity for team members to own their performance. The coaching mindset, which is being embraced in organisations, includes a spirit of curiosity, a belief in the possibility of others, and a focus on solutions over problems.

We do some amazing things through our coaching programs, from our work with organisations, to the High Impact Projects our associates complete within our Leadership Coaching Executive Graduate Certificate. We invite our coaching partners to share and participate in these opportunities as well.

A community of experience

Our Australia-wide Leadership Coaching panel comprises 40+ coaches with extensive coaching experience and from a diverse range of backgrounds and senior management positions. Many of our Leadership Coaches are also experienced tertiary educators.  Our large coaching panel enables us to be flexible in selecting coaches for assignments, and matching industry experience to ensure the right fit for you. Our coaches are drawn from legal, defence, energy and mining, not-for-profit, health, human resources, education, property, tourism, and insurance backgrounds, with many having worked internationally in these fields.
