QUT's Diploma in Health Science (Health Studies) is a pathway into a range of QUT undergraduate health programs including Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), Bachelor of Nutrition Science, Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Human Services, Bachelor of Public Health.

To progress into your chosen QUT Bachelor degree you will need to meet the conditions listed in your offer letter, including:
- successful completion of the Diploma of Health Science (Health Studies).

Advanced Standing
After successful completion of the Diploma of Health Science (Health Studies) you are eligible for the 48 credit points (one semester) of advanced standing towards the following degree programs.

- Bachelor of Public Health - February and July entry
It will take 2.5 years to complete:
- Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) - February and July entry
You are eligible for 24 credit points (two units) of advanced standing into the following programs. Remaining duration and semesters of entry:
It will take 3 years to complete:
- Bachelor of Human Services - February and July entry
It will take 4 years to complete:
- Bachelor of Social Work - February and July entry
You are eligible for 12 credit points (1 unit) of advanced standing into the following program:
- Bachelor of Nutrition Science - February entry only (Students requesting a pathway via Diploma of Health Science into the Bachelor of Nutrition Science must have completed Mathematical Methods and Chemistry subjects in senior high school or equivalent prior to entering the Diploma course)
