What are the main differences between school and uni?
University is really much more of a community, so on campus we have gyms, cafes, medical services, even a lolly shop. I’m really making myself contribute to it and be a part of it.
Challenges of university study
One of the biggest challenges for me in coming to university was understanding the different types of assessment, because they were kind of different to school. I had to learn very quickly that I needed to ask for help because the tutors and lecturers weren’t going to come to me, which is something that I wasn’t used to.
A typical student's week
A typical week for me consists of studying, working, socialising, and catching up on little things that are in my life.
