Darshana loves the flexibility of university life. Being free to explore his passions through study led him to change to a double degree in engineering and business. His studies have already taken him overseas to Cambodia, an experience that will help his community work at home as a humanitarian engineer.
The practical edge
Renita found her business degree’s focus on practical learning had a real impact when she took part in a vacation program at EY. She was able to directly apply the skills learnt at QUT to her everyday work, ultimately leading to an ongoing role at the firm after graduation.
Beyond the classroom
As part of his degree in biological science, Andrew was able to deepen his understanding of academic research through hands-on experience.
