Transforming healthcare through excellence and innovation
The Nursing and Midwifery Academy is a collaboration between the QUT School of Nursing and Metro North Health that empowers nurses to undertake research to find answers to the questions they encounter in their clinical practice. The programs offers research support, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to registered nurses.
Leading the way
Faculty of Health Executive Dean Patsy Yates has been recognised for her world-leading contributions to research. Distinguished Professor Yates is now a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Health and Medical Sciences.
