Work integrated learning
Graduate with business experience through work integrated learning opportunities. Work integrated learning is part of every business course and involves authentic activities that allow you to apply and hone your growing business knowledge. These experiences combine coursework and assessment, with practical application in real-world settings.
You can add a work integrated learning experience to your course as an elective usually in the form of an internship with a workplace relevant to your major.
Whilst collaborating with other students and with coaching from our academics, you could have the opportunity to respond to a current business challenge for an organisation.
Participate in a study tour as a work integrated learning experience and receive academic credit.
Previous students have visited leading digital agencies in Hong Kong and Singapore, visited Europe to see behind the scenes in marketing some of the world's greatest brands, whilst other students have visited and collaborated with human resource management students from the University of Minnesota.
Our Bachelor of Business includes the Real World Ready - Business Capstone unit which will give you a platform to develop and refine professional skills in your field of interest. You'll be guided by academics and industry coaches to apply your discipline knowledge and skills in the workplace.
