Your offer letter will tell you the fees you need to pay when you accept your offer. Pay your fees by the offer response date.

You can pay your fees a couple of different ways, including Flywire and credit card. We recommend using Flywire to pay your fees via the QUT Application Portal or QUTPay. Flywire shows you how much your fees cost in Australian dollars and your home currency. If you have any questions about paying your fees, email askqut@qut.edu.au

Pay from the QUT Application Portal

You can pay your fees directly from the QUT Application Portal once you have accepted your offer.

  1. In the ‘Offer Details’ section, review the fees
  2. Click the ‘Make Payment’ button
  3. Select Payment Method and follow the instructions

Pay by QUTPay

Check your fees as per your offer letter.

  1. Check your fees as per your offer letter
  2. Go to QUTPay
  3. Select product
  4. Enter your student ID, last name, and the 'Amount $AUD'
  5. Click 'Add to Cart'
  6. Review the items and click 'Process Payment', or 'Continue Shopping' to add more items to your cart
  7. Select the Payment Method and follow the instructions

Payment methods

Pay by Flywire

To make the transfer, you must create an order in QUTPay and select Flywire as your payment method. The payment amount must be $50AUD or more.

  1. Click payment method 'Flywire'
  2. Click 'Pay Now'. You will be redirected to Flywire where you will need to follow the prompts.

Pay online by credit card

  1. Click 'Visa or MasterCard'
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click 'Continue'
  4. Enter your credit card details
  5. Submit and confirm your payment
  6. Print your receipt, or have it emailed to the address you supplied

Pay using BPAY

BPAY lets you pay using your cheque or savings account through your bank's internet or phone banking service.

  1. Click 'Create Invoice'
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click 'Continue'
  4. Enter the invoice customer details
  5. Click 'Create Invoice'
  6. Use the Payment Advice/Tax Invoice

Pay by direct deposit

To pay by direct deposit, you will need to create an account in QUTPay. You can store your credit card or bank details under 'Payment Methods'.

  1. Click 'My Account'
  2. Sign in, or create a new account
  3. Choose your stored account or credit card details
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Click 'Continue'
  6. Submit and confirm your payment
  7. Print your receipt, or have it emailed to the address you supplied

Pay in person

You can pay in person at Australia Post. Make sure you bring your payment advice/tax invoice with you. You can pay by any credit card, EFTPOS or cash.

  1. Click 'Create Invoice'
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click 'Continue'
  4. Enter the invoice customer details
  5. Click 'Create Invoice'
  6. Print the Payment Advice/Tax Invoice
