Tom is the Director of Edison Talent, a Brisbane based IT recruitment company that specialises in Software Development, Leadership and Strategy. After finishing an IT Degree in Data Communications from QUT, Tom moved into Network Administration and then into IT Recruitment. He now runs a team of approximately 25 consultants nationally who work across everything from finance, security, mining, bitcoin, and weapons tech.

Belinda Straughan Winks
Careers Consultant at Career Ipsum
Belinda is a careers specialist and a QUT Bachelor of Business alumnus majoring in International Business. She completed a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from the University of London and holds Professional Registration with the Careers Development Association of Australia.
She is passionate about people developing rewarding, challenging, and fulfilling careers, and sustainability for organisations.
Belinda works with individuals at all stages of their careers, helping them navigate transitions and best represent themselves in applying for their next step. As part of her business at Career Ipsum, she provides consulting services to organisations regarding their workforce engagement, talent programs, and direct coaching to individuals and groups in transition and leadership development.
She has worked with numerous leaders, from C-Suite through to high-potential future leaders, coaching them through identifying their areas of expertise and their development needs and how to address these for their future goals. Additionally, she has extensive experience working with senior professionals in the selection and assessment for executive and board appointments, within commercial, government, and not for profit sectors.

Liz Kostowski
People & Culture Manager at Tiny
Liz is an ex-professional Agency Recruiter turned internal People & Culture Manager in the technology space. She completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology at QUT. Her fascination with the blend of psychology and business drew her to return and complete a Master of Business majoring in Human Resource Management.
She currently looks after all things recruitment and employee wellbeing; working across eight countries to support her team to achieve their best. Working remotely, she loves fostering culture and professional development in new, digital ways, and is enjoying being on day 354 of wearing trackies to work.
