Biography
I am currently an early career researcher working in the school of Mechanical, Medical and Process Engineering at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Australia. I completed his PhD in 2021 studying a multiscale approach to moisture diffusivity for drying plant-based food material as a mechanical engineer. I received the Executive Dean’s Commendation for Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award for his thesis and is currently researching the multiscale nature of plant-based food material during thermal processing. I specialise in heat and mass transfer, computational fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, multiscale modelling and computational modelling.Personal details
