Biography
Danny Hui is an accomplished professional in the fields of digital communication and computer science, currently serving as a lecturer in the School of Communication and an associate investigator in the Digital Media Research Centre at QUT. He coordinates and teaches units covering topics such as social media analytics and programming for data analysis. He specialises in adopting a broad range of digital methods to source, analyse, and visualise data, with a particular focus on Google Maps and Australian Bureau of Statistics data.Danny has two decades of practical and managerial experience on digital projects in reputable brands and organisations in Hong Kong, particularly in the higher education sector. He holds a Master of Digital Communication at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and a Master of Science in IT Management at CUHK (The Chinese University of Hong Kong).
