Prior to joining QUT in 1989, Clare designed and ran courses in French philosophy and feminist philosophy. Since 1989 she

  • was  involved in the development of the first M.Ed that ran at QUT
  • has taught philosophy of education
  • has convened and taught in large first year core units in the sociology of education.
  • has convened and taught in large core entry unit in M.Ed - applying social. political and philosophical theory to professional practice.
  • has taught in the areas of creative writing, ICTs, leadership, philosophy of education, cultural studies, literature and literary theory, social and political theory, education policy
