Gardens Point Precinct melds the old and new to provide a centre for art, science and entertainment just a stroll from the CBD and close to the City Botanic Gardens.

Gardens Point Precinct includes the new Science and Engineering Centre - our hub for exploration in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The Centre is home to the Cube, one of the world’s largest digital interactive learning and display spaces for STEM research.

QUT’s centre for the arts and culture, Gardens Point Precinct includes Old Government House, the city’s most significant heritage building. The House is also home to the William Robinson Gallery, honouring the life and work of distinguished Australian painter William Robinson.

QUT Art Museum presents a dynamic program of exhibitions and events focussing on the best of contemporary Australian art and design, and is home to the QUT Art Collection, one of Queensland’s most significant public collections.

Gardens Theatre is Brisbane CBD’s premier venue for the performing arts, featuring professional theatre and student showcases in drama, music and dance, presented in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Gardens Point Precinct offers five multi-purpose venues for hire across these spaces to suit a broad range of events, including Room Three Sixty - Brisbane’s newest functions venue with unsurpassed views of the city skyline opening early-2013.
