You’ll develop the capability to collect, evaluate and interpret data across consumers, competitors and internal processes, and to use those insights to design and justify decisions that shape innovation, performance, and organisational direction.
As technological disruption, social transformation and economic uncertainty reshape how organisations operate and compete, effective change leadership becomes critical. You’ll develop the capability to lead teams and implement change in digitally enabled organisations, including the planning, governance and execution of transformation initiatives. You’ll also strengthen your ability to navigate ethical risk, align stakeholders, and leverage AI and emerging technologies to deliver sustainable performance.
Building on this, you will develop entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial capability to identify and validate opportunities, design scalable business models and initiatives, and lead implementation across both new ventures and established organisations, creating sustainable social, technical and financial value.

1.5 year program
You must have one of:
