About us

At the QUT School of Management, we develop future-focused leaders equipped to navigate complexity, disruption, and technological change.

Through internationally recognised research and strong industry partnerships, our students build the insight and practical capabilities to lead in dynamic, digital-first environments.

Our study areas include management, human resource management, and entrepreneurship and innovation. We equip graduates to harness emerging technologies like AI ethically and strategically, creating meaningful impact for organisations and society.

Why QUT

QUT Business School is Australia's first business school with triple international accreditation. Less than 1% of all business schools globally have achieved triple accreditation, and we’re proud to be part of this distinguished group.

Our accreditation status is recognised globally as an indicator of excellence. This allows us to provide exclusive access to a global network of top-ranking universities for exchange opportunities and international recognition of our credentials for alumni looking to advance their career overseas.

Centre for Decent Work and Industry

QUT’s Centre for Decent Work and Industry (CDWI) challenges the socio economic, cultural and gendered inequalities of work, focusing on the lived experiences of paid, unpaid and unwaged work in private, public and digital contexts. We progress social change by critically examining the nexus of business, work, education and society. We advance decent work and industry through rigorous scholarship and research informed policy advocacy.

Our interdisciplinary team research workers, organisations and industries at the local, national and global level across three key themes:

  • sustainable transitions
  • work
  • responsible governance.
