Participants wanted for real-world research tackling the big questions
QUT has launched a ‘participate in research’ platform to invite people to take part in projects that will help address real-world challenges in areas including health, sustainability, road safety, education, ageing and new technologies, including automated vehicles and better beds.

QUT research focuses on a low-carbon future
QUT’s commitment to a low-carbon future, highlighted in Sustainability Week in August, is reflected by its investment in several key research projects that cover the spectrum from the discovery of new energy resources to energy production and storage as we transition from the fossil-fuel era.

Project focuses on how autonomous systems deal with the real world
QUT Centre for Robotics researchers are leading a project that has been awarded a grant to investigate how robotics and autonomous vehicles can better respond to the world around them.
