QUT Health Clinics provide real-world clinical education to the next generation of healthcare professionals and quality patient care to the community.

Facilities
Our students gain real-world experience at QUT Health Clinics and in virtual environments, simulation centres, and a number of cutting-edge laboratories and facilities.
Health research is conducted on QUT Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point campuses, as well as at the university’s distributed sites and co-located facilities. This provides QUT researchers with access to the professional support and world-class infrastructure and facilities they need to progress their work
Sport and exercise science facilities
QUT’s purpose-built facilities provide the latest equipment in sport and exercise science, health and physical education and clinical exercise physiology focusing on biomechanics, clinical skills, resistance training, exercise physiology, functional anatomy and motor skills. QUT’s sports field is a state-of-the-art complex with a LigaTurf® Football Field, Spurtan ® Athletics Track, seminar room, and associated amenities.

Centre for Children's Health Research
The Centre for Children’s Health Research (CCHR) is Queensland's first fully integrated research facility focused on child and adolescent health research and services. CCHR's research aims to understand, prevent, diagnose and treat key child health issues.
Translational Research Institute (TRI)
The Translational Research Institute (TRI) is a unique, Australian-first initiative of ‘bench to bedside’ medical research. Translational research involves teams of clinicians and researchers working together with patients to solve health challenges faster.

Herston Imaging Research Facility (HIRF)
The Herston Imaging Research Facility (HIRF) is one of only a handful of imaging research facilities in Australia, and the first to be devoted entirely to clinical research. HIRF has been built to cater for the growing role of imaging in clinical research.
