Biography
Angel’s current research centers on the detection, characterisation, and removal of emerging contaminants in environmental aqueous and solid matrices. She is particularly interested in assessing and optimising innovative technologies for the effective management of persistent contaminants, including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Her research contributes to the advancement of sustainable treatment systems that improve water quality while safeguarding environmental integrity and public health.Expertise related to UN Sustainable Development Goals
