Unit synopsis
Administrative law concerns the legal relationship between government and individuals and businesses, and the way in which decisions of government bodies and public officials may be challenged or reviewed. In this unit, you will examine the manner in which the executive branch of government is legally accountable, particularly in dealings with individuals.
