Commonwealth supported place (CSP) student contribution amount
For Australian citizens, permanent visa holders and permanent humanitarian visa holders, and New Zealand citizens who study this unit:
  • as part of a QUT course and are eligible for a Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
  • as a cross-institutional student who has a Commonwealth supported place at their home university.
Domestic fee-paying student fee
For Australian citizens, permanent visa holders and permanent humanitarian visa holders, and New Zealand citizens, who study this unit:
  • as part of a QUT course and are not eligible for a Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
  • as a cross-institutional student who does not have a Commonwealth supported place at their home university
  • as a single-unit study student.
International student fee
For international students who study this unit:
  • as part of a QUT course
  • as a cross-institutional student.

Prerequisites
IFQ581 or IFN581 or (( IFQ555 and IFQ556) or (IFN554 and IFN556)) OR IFQ582 or IFN582 or (( IFQ554 and IFQ557) or (IFN554 and IFN557) or ( IFQ552 and IFQ554) or (IFN552 and IFN554)) OR (admission into IN10 or IN14 or IQ14 or IN15 or IQ15 or IN23 or IN27 or IN30 or IQ30 or PM20 or PQ20 or PV20 or PV21 or EN75 or EN76 or EN77). IFQ619 can be enrolled in the same teaching period as IFN581 or IFQ581 or IFN582 or IFQ582. IQ20 or IN20 students admitted prior to 2020 can apply for requisite waiver for IFQ554 or IFN554.

Some familiarity with simple coding or basic scripting to manipulate data is helpful.
