Enterprise Leadership Program
QUTeX's Enterprise Leadership Program (ELP) is a flexible, work-based, blended learning program that develops leadership skills and supports career development within complex public and private sector environments. Within the ELP program framework, there are 14 modules for you to choose from. This allows the program to be highly customised to suit your needs. Each active learning module is delivered using a blend of learning techniques including workshops, study online and work on a workplace project.
IACCM's Contract and Commercial Management (CCM) Programs
These programs are designed to rapidly educate both new and experienced practitioners to international contracting and commercial best practices. Program participants have the opportunity to complete topical interactive learning videos, group discussion boards and self-assessments, with supporting webinars to consolidate learning through industry insights and thought leadership. Interactive modules can be selected as determined by learner requirements.
Performance Based Contracting Courses
The Performance Based Contracting courses provide buyer and seller organisations with the tools to handle the complexities of performance based contracts. Performance Based Contracting (PBC) has proven to be an effective tool in reducing overall costs for buyers and providing profitable growth opportunities for sellers making it the contract model of choice across a range of market sectors. While deceptively simple, PBCs are different to conventional contracts and require a different approach to their development, implementation and management.
