QUT offers unique international experiences to students studying our MBA or Executive MBA. Depending on the program you choose, you can explore a range of exciting options, including short-term exchange programs and immersive study tours.
Executive MBA and select MBA students can take part in the esteemed two-week MIT Immersive program hosted by MIT Sloan School of Management. This study tour offers valuable insights into leadership, entrepreneurship and digital transformation. The program is taught by leading global academics at MIT Sloan.
Our MBA students also have the opportunity to study alongside some of the most renowned global business schools including Copenhagen Business School and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. Students gain an international perspective, giving them a unique advantage in a global workforce.

Professor Amisha Mehta
Award-winning academic Professor Amisha Mehta is a renowned risk, crisis, communication and trust expert. With strong connections to industry and research, she brings real-world industry trends to the classroom. Prof Mehta promotes a tailored approach to crisis management using case studies and immersive crisis simulations. She uses her industry-funded and engaged research to give associates insights and strategies that enhance decision-making in their professional roles.

‘We like to bring the real world into the classroom. In my case, I work with organisations like the Royal Flying Doctor Service, the Bank of Queensland, Brisbane Airport Corporation and Tennis Australia. We use these organisations as live case studies; our associates hear from their executives, work in groups or individually on their responses and, finally, present back to the executives.’
Dr Michael Rosemann is the Director of the Centre for Future Enterprise and a Professor for Information Systems at the Business School. Dr Rosemann's main areas of research are corporate innovation (eco)systems, revenue resilience, process management and trust management. His work is focused on creating compelling future worlds with today’s possibilities that make current practices obsolete.
Dr Rachel Collis'The combination of industry practitioners and researchers in QUT's Executive MBA is brilliant. The industry practitioners really ground the theory in practice, and the researchers ensure the content is connected to the latest advancements in thought leadership.' As an industry practitioner, Rachel Collins brings almost 20 years of leadership and consulting to our Executive MBA.
