What sets us apart
Real-world experience
'I participated in the Cherbourg-QUT project to assist the Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council with their development of a youth council. This project involved cultural immersion in the Cherbourg community. This increased my cultural awareness, something I believe is a vital for any professional. The community lawyering that was undertaken through this project also broadened my perspective of what it meant to be a lawyer and the options that are available after graduation.'

Hands-on learning
'I chose QUT because their law program was progressive and focused on practical outcomes. The modern delivery of coursework gave me the freedom to study at my own pace while balancing multiple jobs throughout my course. Lecturers and tutors helped foster my critical thinking skills, while constantly encouraging me to apply the things I had learnt in a practical manner. This has helped me tremendously in my early career.'
Real-world lecturers
