Testimonials
Transformative final year through scholarship support
Sophie Richards, 2024 QUT Landscape Centenary Fund Scholarship recipient'My final year at QUT was greatly enriched by the QUT Landscape Architecture Centenary Fund Scholarship, kindly established by Emeritus Professor Catherin Bull AM and Emeritus Professor Dennis Gibson AO. The generous financial support allowed me to adjust my work commitments, enabling me to dedicate more time to both my studies and the QUT Landscape Architecture community. This included playing an active role in the newly formed Landscape Architecture Society (LAS) and assisting in the organisation of the final year student exhibition – two experiences that profoundly shaped my university experience. I am deeply grateful for this recognition and extend a heartfelt thanks to the firms whose support made this scholarship possible.'
