About the scholarship

The QUT Asylum Seeker Tuition Fee Scholarships have been established to support students who are holders of a certain humanitarian visas with study costs and tuition fee costs. QUT understands and appreciates that it is often very expensive and almost impossible for most people seeking asylum or refugees under temporary visa status to go to university without any assistance. As such, QUT is proud to offer the QUT Asylum Seeker Tuition Fee Scholarship to refugees and asylum seekers to try and address this issue.
