What you'll receive
You'll receive a scholarship of $5,000 for one year, paid in two instalments of $2,500.
Eligibility
You must be an Australian citizen or a dual citizen.
You must also be:
- female
- of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent
- from a regional or remote area
- enrolled in or applying for an undergraduate course.

What happens next?
All applications are assessed against selection criteria. We allocate scholarships based on need. Students with the greatest need will receive the highest value scholarships.
About the scholarship
The Ford Forrester Learning Potential Fund Scholarship was established in 2024 by donor Nikki Forrester. The scholarship is awarded to a female Indigenous student from a regional or remote area undertaking an undergraduate degree.
