What you'll receive
$5,000 to support the travel and living expenses associated with undertaking a work integrated learning internship at a regional or rural location within the Commercial Radio & Audio network.
Eligibility
You must:
- be an Australian citizen OR New Zealand citizen OR an Australian permanent resident OR a holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa.
- be admitted and enrolled in a Bachelor of Communication (including double degrees)
- be enrolled in a minimum of one Work Integrated Learning unit (KKB341 or KKB342) for Semester 2, 2026
- be undertaking on campus study
- be enrolled on a full-time basis
- be able to undertake a work integrated learning internship in a regional or rural location within the Commercial Radio & Audio network

Due to the specific nature of the Scholarship, the applicant must provide:
- curriculum vitae (CV)/resume
- academic transcript
- a written response to the selection criteria.

What happens next?
A selection panel will review the applications shortly after the closing date.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview.

Please note that scholarship funds will be disbursed after 1st July 2026. Should the successful applicant wish to head start their WIL internship prior to then, they will be required to self-fund the travel and living expenses and the scholarship will provide reimbursement.
