Testimonials
Championing women in the built environment
Jade Holt, first Built Women in Construction Scholarship recipient'This scholarship, generously supported by Built, has had a meaningful impact on my journey as a construction management and architecture student at QUT. Being the first recipient is a privilege, and I feel genuinely supported not just financially, but also in my goals and growth as an emerging female professional in the built environment.
'The support from Built has eased the financial pressure of full-time study, allowing me to focus more deeply on developing my skills and foundational knowledge. With this support, I’ve been able to make the most of my studies – engaging fully in lectures and tutorials and seeking out opportunities that strengthen both my academic and industry experience.
'I'm incredibly grateful for this opportunity and proud to be part of a scholarship that champions women’s contributions to the field. It's motivated me to continue striving toward a career that balances innovation, sustainability, and equality.'
