Join QUT, in partnership with The Engineering Link Group, Engineers Australia, and the Queensland Government (Department of Transport and Main Roads), for an exciting day that showcases what engineering is really about—innovative, challenging, and world-changing.
Who can attend?
Students in Years 9 to 12 are invited to take part in this hands-on engineering experience day. You’ll explore a variety of engineering disciplines through interactive workshops, meet professional engineers, and connect with QUT engineering students to learn what studying and working in this field is really like.
When: Saturday 14 March
Time: 8am to 4pm
Where: QUT Garden Point campus
Cost: $60 per student (includes lunch)

On the day students will participate in two hands-on engineering workshops. The workshops will bring together the fundamental concepts within each discipline, as well as expose participants to common engineering concepts.
