Overview

You will assist with planning, development and evaluation of AI chatbots used to help students navigate a range of study and course-related information.

Research engagement

As part of the study you will analyse feedback about a chat bot that has already been deployed. You will then use insight from this data to help design and deploy a new chatbot using cogniti. You will also help design a survey which will be deployed to evaluate the new chat bot.

Research activities

You will work with your supervisors to analyse research data, evaluate a previous research project and applying learnings to a new research context. You will have the opportunity to create an AI chat-bot and design a survey to evaluate it.

Outcomes

The aim of this project is to create a chatbot to enhance student learning experiences and design an evaluation survey based on student feedback.
