Candid conversations, shared experiences, actionable insights

Materials Science CONNECT 2025 will bring together researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers to exchange insights and strategies for high-impact collaboration in materials science.

We aim to highlight and discuss the critical role of fundamental and basic science in this landscape - how deep, curiosity-driven research underpins long-term innovation and fuels breakthroughs that can transform industries - and we’ll dive into the innovations in materials science driving the future of energy, manufacturing and healthcare.

With Australia placing increasing emphasis on industry-university partnerships, this event will explore how we can better align our goals and language to drive cutting-edge innovation in materials science.
