At the core of an organisation is purpose. Increasingly, stakeholders are expecting organisations to be purpose-driven, with many aligning themselves with brands which resonate their own values. A hyperconnected world has provided unimaginable affordances, with new business models re-defining how organisations engage with their audiences. This has also led to a transparency of organisations' values and the need to embrace principles.

In the first seminar for series two, world-leading experts in management and design will discuss how leaders can design for purpose. They will explore their own research and best practice examples, unpacking the fundamental design elements to lead with purpose. Critically, they will outline actionable solutions for creating and leading a purposeful enterprise.
