I am a business leader with proven success in delivering major infrastructure projects for the resources industry. My passion is drawing together high performing, resilient teams and helping individuals make sense of what they do. Founding my management style on strong relationships at every level of business and promoting collaboration across the enterprise, I relish solving complex problems and delivering on business outcomes.

As an experienced Operations Manager and professional Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the mining and metals industry, I have enjoyed working across the breadth of project phases. I have been fully immersed in the design, manufacture, construction, contracting and project management of medium to large materials handling projects for the coal, gold, copper, sugar, quarrying and recycling industries. Having progressed through a range of project and business roles, from engineering designer, design manager, senior project manager, general manager and operations manager, I place the utmost importance on leading a safety culture, cultivating workplace diversity, and promoting high levels of collaboration across the disciplines and functional streams.
Complimenting my project and business experience, I have also been engaged by Queensland University of Technology (QUT) as an industry specialist Sessional Academic, delivering post graduate project management courses for over 20 years.
