Explore Careers Day Year 10

This day complements the in-school SET planning session and includes a visit to the Careers and Employment Expo (Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre) and a QUT campus.

Free Studiosity Access

QUT Student Inclusion will provide and onboard your school with access to Studiosity, a breakthrough online study support service to assist students and support learning outcomes. Our team will induct staff and then deliver training for school students.

Pasifika Navigators

We support Melanesian, Micronesian and Polynesian young people to chart their path with culture at the centre.

Schools can choose from a flexible mix of experiences that build identity, confidence and future-readiness. We offer:

In-school workshops
Strengths-based sessions that spark self-discovery, career exploration and leadership-grounded in Pasifika values and student voice.
On-campus experiences
A guided visit to QUT with interactive tours plus cultural workshops, student-life stories and career talks led by QUT Pasifika Student Ambassadors. Transport provided.
Social impact projects
A practical pathway for students to design and lead a project that benefits school or community-building goal-setting, teamwork and resilience.
Teacher professional learning
Evidence-informed workshops on what works for Pasifika learners, co-creating classroom approaches that strengthen equity, belonging and excellence.

Post School Options

The aim of this session is to help students prepare to transition out of school. Whether they are going for an ATAR or selection rank, applying for university or TAFE studies, choosing vocational pathways, taking a gap year, or getting ready for work. Our presenters will explain all of the options and offer free prepaid QTAC vouchers to all students. Our ambassadors will share their own personal stories and host a Q&A session.
