Professional creative practitioners are required to respond to opportunities at short notice, apply their knowledge and skills in a range of sites and contexts, respond to the needs of industry or community, and work on diverse projects with complex transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams, all while simultaneously maintaining and managing their own career path. This unit helps you to transition to professional creative practice by providing you with opportunities to work on a range of creative projects in collaboration with QUT research lab, industry, or community partners. You will encounter diverse perspectives on advanced creative practice and will be provided with strategies for managing your time, resources and interpersonal communication.
