Receiving your offer

We’ll take approximately 10 working days to process your application, if you’ve submitted all the necessary documentation.

If your application is successful, we’ll send you your offer directly, or to your agent if you used one.

If you do not meet the entry requirements for your preferred course, we will offer you a place in an English language or pathway program as a packaged pathway. If you complete the course successfully, you can then move into your full degree.

Ready to accept?

To accept your unconditional offer, did you apply through an agent or directly to QUT?

Through an agent or representative

If you applied through an agent or QUT representative, they will guide you through the steps to accept your unconditional offer and pay your fees.

Directly to QUT

  • Login to QUT Application Portal
  • Go to: Respond to your offer and select Accept
  • Complete the acceptance of offer form and details.

You will then be taken to a payment portal to finalise your payment.

We will be notified when you have finalised your acceptance, and we will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), if applicable. If you require a student visa, you can then use your COE to apply for one. You will not be able to apply for your Australian student visa until you have received your CoE.

When do I need to accept my offer by?

Check your offer letter for the start date of your course. The acceptance closing date is one week prior to the start date of your course. We recommend you accept early to ensure you have enough time to attend orientation week.

Submit your documents

You may be requested to submit further documents if you were given a conditional offer.

If your documents are not in English, you will need to supply a certified English translation.

To submit your documents, login to your QUT Application Portal and upload your document.

If you have applied via a QUT representative, your agent will assist you to submit the documents to QUT.

I am being sponsored to study

If you are being sponsored for your studies, send your financial guarantee documentation from your sponsoring organisation.

Financial guarantees must be on official letterhead addressed to QUT, and must include:

  • the student's full name
  • the course or courses for which the sponsorship is approved
  • the duration of the sponsorship
  • whether Overseas Student Health Cover is paid for.

Pay your fees

Your offer letter will tell you the fees you need to pay when you accept your offer. Pay your fees by the due date.

How to pay your fees

If you have any questions about paying your fees, email askqut@qut.edu.au
