QUT Leadership Institute Global Executive Immersion program
QLI LeadLab global executive immersion program is 7 immersive days across Brisbane and Singapore, learning alongside our Leaders in Residence David Moffatt, John Bertrand AO and Najoh Tita-Reid, with Institute Fellows and Expert Arena members sharing their expertise throughout.
The week is designed around three themes.
- Navigating the Currents. Leading through uncertainty, reading the signals early and making the call when the precedent is thin.
- Shaping the Horizon. Influence beyond your own organisation, across stakeholders, sectors and the Asia Pacific region. In Singapore it's investing time inside a living lab for innovation where government and industry trial new thinking at scale and what works moves quickly.
- Lighting the Way. Building an organisation that outlasts you, through culture, governance and succession.
This program is for chief executives and executive directors, chairs and non-executive directors, and senior leaders two or three years from the C-suite, across business, government and not-for-profit.
