QUT Leadership Institute’s first signature program is now available

The QUT Leadership Institute offers alumni the opportunities to participate in leadership programs and immersive experiences for professional development. Organisations can nominate or sponsor leaders from their organisation to participate in signature programs; bring real leadership and organisational challenges into QUT Leadership Institute’s partner programs; contribute their experience as a program guest; or explore a strategic partnership that helps shape the Institute’s purpose, direction and reach.

Unlimited: Elevating Women Leaders

The first of QUT Leadership Institute’s signature program, Unlimited: Elevating Women Leaders, will commence in Brisbane in October.

Unlimited is a five-day immersive leadership program for women leading significant portfolios, preparing for executive leadership or ready to broaden their influence across their organisation. It is designed to strengthen the executive judgement, strategic perspective, authority, influence and trusted relationships required to lead at senior executive and C-suite level.

Through leader-led dialogue, real leadership decisions, practical challenges, peer exchange and deliberate reflection, participants will test their thinking, expand their perspective and build a leadership legacy that extends beyond their current role.

For organisations, Unlimited is an investment in executive readiness, leadership succession and the retention and advancement of accomplished women leaders.

The inaugural cohort will include 25 senior women leaders. The program will be delivered in Brisbane across five immersive days:

• 13–14 October,
• 27–28 October, and
• 18 November 2026.

Expressions of interest are open until 30 September 2026.
