Summary
Oscar Davison is a climate justice scholar and PhD Candidate within the QUT School of Law and Centre for Justice. His PhD 'Green Capitalism: The Barrier to Climate Justice - A Socio-Legal Analysis of Climate Finance, the UNFCCC, and Capitalism at 1.5°C’ analyses the influence that green capitalist theory has had on the law governing climate finance contributions and distributions and what climate justice impacts result from green capitalist approaches to climate finance.Personal details
