The Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) is a charge for student services of a non-academic nature, such as:

  • promoting health and welfare
  • helping with employment and career advice
  • developing study skills outside academic courses of study
  • providing orientation information.

QUT introduced the fee from the second half of 2012.
