Creative Industries Precinct
The $60 million Creative Industries Precinct is Australia's first site dedicated to creative experimentation and commercial development in the creative industries.
Gardens Cultural Precinct
QUT's centre for the arts, the Gardens Cultural Precinct, incorporates the Gardens Theatre and the QUT Art Museum and historic Old Government House.
Science and Engineering Centre
Due for completion in 2012, the centre will bring together teaching and research in science, technology, engineering and mathematics in a world-leading model and dynamic community hub.
Kelvin Grove Urban Village
