Our suite of programs offer pathways for a career in nursing - from undergraduate nursing through to specialist nursing, advanced practice, and nurse practitioner.

Our focus is on evidence-based practice. Course content has been developed in consultation with industry partners and students, and is supported by research literature and the voice of consumers.

The Bachelor of Nursing prepares graduates to deliver safe and competent practice across diverse populations, respond to the challenges of health care with agility and resilience, and to engage consumers as informed partners in their health care.

Get hands-on experience

Get valuable experience working with real patients during professional placements. Students in the Bachelor of Nursing complete 840 hours of clinical placement at healthcare facilities across Queensland. There may also be opportunities to travel overseas to explore global perspectives on health.

We offer an undergraduate nursing program at our Kelvin Grove and Caboolture campus. Build your confidence and skills by accessing purpose-built facilities on campus that connect with your placement experiences and replicate the hospital environment, technology and equipment, and scenarios.
