Choose your path


Build on your undergraduate engineering degree with our Master of Engineering. You’ll learn to approach new problems creatively, with initiative, accountability and planning. Choose to specialise in networking and communications, or mechanical engineering, or select a general study area.

Engineering management

Develop the specialist skills and advanced engineering knowledge required for leadership and management positions within the engineering sector. You will gain an understanding of the analytical tools and methods required to improve operational efficiencies.

Project management

Develop advanced discipline knowledge and skills to lead and project manage large and complex projects in diverse work settings. You’ll be capable of managing constraints in time, cost and quality, as well as social, political and environmental challenges. Our project management courses draw on the Project Management Body of Knowledge – the international benchmark and framework upon which the practice of project management is based.


Our Master of Engineering (Research) is ideal for engineers who want to develop skills in solving complex real-world engineering problems. You'll solve these through a combination of coursework and a program supervised research and investigation.

Our Master of Applied Science (Research) lets you develop advanced skills in investigation and critical thinking to apply to industry problems. You'll gain extensive knowledge in specialist areas and scientific research methods.
