Registration info

Registrations close 1 day before the course starts.

Payment

When you register for the course, you will create an account with us. You'll be able to access your account using your email address and the password you entered.

Your invoice will be attached to your confirmation email which is sent after you complete your registration.

FEE-HELP and HECS-HELP are not available for Continuing Professional Education courses.

Registrations are not complete until all fees are paid in full.

Substitutions

If you can't attend a workshop you can send someone else in your place at no additional cost. Due to the preparation required for the workshops, you must notify Continuing Professional Education of any substitution at least four working days before each workshop.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your registration, email Continuing Professional Education at least 14 days before the workshop and you'll receive credit towards any future event held by QUT Graduate School of Business in the next 12 months.
