You can study individual units from our Science and Engineering Faculty's Graduate Certificate in Project Management through flexible online learning anywhere in the world.
Through these units you can gain fundamental project management skills, regardless of your professional background, and learn how to constructively manage projects in a diverse range of industries.
The units encompass the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBK), which is the industry framework for the discipline and the international industry benchmark.
People seeking to work in project management areas or already working in positions requiring project management. These units are particularly suitable for anyone requiring remote access to study, whether you are overseas or located right here in Brisbane.
You'll study as a single-unit study student. That means you study alongside QUT degree students during our regular semesters and study periods.
We've designed these units to offer you flexible study choices. They're available fully online or face-to-face on campus. You can also choose to blend these options.
If you want to study online you'll need access to a reliable internet connection and a microphone or headset. Online study uses a variety of rich media via a web-based collaborative communication platform and you'll submit assessment items online.
You'll engage in both individual and group activities, and assessment. Types of assessment may include quizzes and tests, projects, presentations, business cases, reports, essays, journals or case studies.
You must complete your unit and assessment within the period specified.
Your fees will depend on which units you enrol in. Check the fees in your unit information. You must pay full tuition fees up-front.
You may be eligible to continue your studies with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management or a Master of Project Management.
