Without influence, managers are largely ineffective. There is growing recognition for influencing skills being a core leadership competency for leaders and managers across industries, graphic boundaries and the business of government. Leaders need to influence up, down and, increasingly, sideways as organisations become flatter, more flexible and less hierarchical.

This one-day interactive workshop is expertly designed to diagnose existing capabilities, and to build on this to develop real leadership and managerial influence.

Who should participate

Leaders, managers, supervisors and anyone with an interest in broadening and developing their influencing skills.
