This course offers an in-depth understanding of the strategic quality and safety issues confronting health managers and an understanding of the approaches required to address these issues.
It will equip you with an understanding of quality management in health and give you the skills and ability to develop a quality management program within a clinical governance framework.
This course is ideal for you if you're a postgraduate student studying for further health qualifications, or a professional wishing to formalise your qualifications.

This course is delivered as an intensive 4-day short course.
You can complete the workshop modules only, or choose to also complete the optional assessment module.

To register for the course, pay your fees online by credit card, cheque and BPAY. There is an option to pay via invoice, if payment by the previous options are not possible.
FEE-HELP and HECS-HELP are not available for professional development courses.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course if insufficient registrations are received, or if the course leader or venue becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control. Should this occur, we will endeavour to provide participants as much notice as possible. If we are required to cancel or reschedule the course a full refund will be paid to the participant if a substitution of dates is convenient for the attendee.
You will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% if you cancel less than 14 days before event. All cancellations or variations to registration must be made in writing to Paula Bowman.
Substitute participants are welcome in lieu of cancellation up to the scheduled course date. QUT must be advised of any substitute participants prior to course commencement. Substitution of participants will not incur a fee.
