Design thinking offers a powerful and accessible methodology and toolkit to embrace service transformation.
Taking a design-thinking and action approach to stimulate, develop, prototype and test new solutions, creates benefits for customers and makes work more exciting, productive and rewarding for the people who work in organisations.
The workshop is for leaders and managers who seek new ways to explore current situations, increase their creative confidence and create new possibilities for their teams and workplaces.

From this workshop you will:
Judy is a facilitator of knowledge creating processes and practices in innovation and capability development across multiple organisational levels in industry and in formal structured higher educational contexts. She is a regular facilitator in QUT’s Executive Master of Business in Complex Program Leadership, MBA and Executive MBA, and various corporate leadership development programs.
Judy works with a broad range of individuals, groups and organisations to improve their understanding and practice of the leadership and management of people and organisations and to develop their knowledge, skills and experience of creativity, innovation and knowledge management.
When you register for the course, you'll create an account with us. You'll be able to access your account, including your invoice, using your email address and password.
FEE-HELP and HECS-HELP are not available for Continuing Professional Education courses.
Registrations are not complete until all fees are paid in full.
If you can't attend a workshop you can send someone else in your place at no additional cost. Due to the preparation required for the workshops, you must notify Continuing Professional Education of any substitutions at least four working days before each workshop.
If you want to cancel your registration, email Continuing Professional Education at least 14 days before the workshop and you'll receive credit towards any future event held by QUT Graduate School of Business in the next 12 months.
