Why do some leaders and some teams see problems not as problems, but as opportunities for new and better solutions? How can we apply this attitude, sharpen our knowledge and skills, and co-create and implement better ways of working with our stakeholders?

Design thinking offers a powerful and accessible methodology and toolkit to embrace service transformation.

Taking a design-thinking and action approach to stimulate, develop, prototype and test new solutions, creates benefits for customers and makes work more exciting, productive and rewarding for the people who work in organisations.

Who should participate

The workshop is for leaders and managers who seek new ways to explore current situations, increase their creative confidence and create new possibilities for their teams and workplaces.
