Why do some leaders and some teams see problems not as problems, but as opportunities for new and better solutions? How can we apply this attitude, sharpen our knowledge and skills, and co-create and implement better ways of working with our stakeholders?

Design thinking offers a powerful and accessible methodology and toolkit to embrace service transformation.

Taking a design-thinking and action approach to stimulate, develop, prototype and test new solutions, creates benefits for customers and makes work more exciting, productive and rewarding for the people who work in organisations.

Who should participate

This one-day course is for team leaders and managers seeking to foster a problem-solving culture, translate existing service issues into positive customer outcomes, and create a stimulating and constructive work environment for their team members.
